These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Functional Forever program, website, online community, digital materials, and all related services (“Services”) provided by Teel Consulting LLC, a Utah limited liability company (“Company,” “Coach,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, enrolling in the Functional Forever Program, joining the online community, or using any of our Services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services. Please read these Terms carefully before enrolling in the Program or accessing any Services
By enrolling in the Functional Forever Program or accessing any of our Services, you confirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, have read and understood these Terms in their entirety, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer
Teel Consulting LLC operates the Functional Forever Program, a twelve-week online group health and wellness coaching program designed for men between the ages of forty and eighty. Our Services include the following:
The Functional Forever Program: A structured twelve-week group coaching experience delivered via weekly live video coaching calls, digital program materials, and access to the Five Pillars of Foundational Health curriculum
Program Materials: Digital content, frameworks, tools, exercises, and resources provided in connection with the Program, including but not limited to the Functional Forever book, selfassessment tools, goal-setting frameworks, and supplementary educational resources
Online Community: An ongoing online support group and community platform accessible to enrolled Clients during and after the twelve-week Program, providing a space for Cohort Members to share progress, support one another, and receive ongoing engagement from Coach.
Discovery Calls: Complimentary pre-enrollment consultation calls conducted via video or telephone, available to prospective Clients considering enrollment in the Program
Enrollment Process: Enrollment in the Functional Forever Program is initiated through a discovery call with Coach and is confirmed upon receipt of a signed Client Agreement and payment of the Program investment or first installment of the selected payment plan
Eligibility: The Functional Forever Program is designed for men between the ages of forty and eighty. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement. Teel Consulting LLC reserves the right to decline enrollment to any individual at its sole discretion.
Cohort Availability: The Program is delivered in cohort format with a limited number of participants per cohort. Enrollment is subject to availability. Teel Consulting LLC reserves the right to close enrollment at any time once a cohort reaches capacity
Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of enrollment and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate termination of your access to the Program without refund.
Program Investment: The total investment for the Functional Forever Program will be communicated to Client during the discovery call and confirmed in the enrollment documentation. Teel Consulting LLC reserves the right to adjust Program pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect Clients who have already enrolled and executed a Client Agreement.
Payment Options: Clients may elect to pay the full Program investment in a single payment or to participate in an installment payment plan as described in the Client Agreement. The specific terms of the selected payment option will be set forth in the enrollment documentation.
Payment Processing: All payments are processed through a secure third-party payment processor. Teel Consulting LLC does not store Client payment card information. By providing payment information, you authorize Teel Consulting LLC to charge all amounts due under your selected payment option.
Failed or Declined Payments: In the event a payment is declined or fails, Client will be notified and will have seven (7) calendar days to bring their account current. Access to Program materials and community may be suspended during this period. Failure to bring the account current within seven days may result in termination of access and acceleration of all remaining installment payments as described in the Client Agreement.
Taxes: Client is responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, or assessments imposed by any governmental authority in connection with the Program investment. Teel Consulting LLC will collect applicable taxes where required by law.
Seven-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: Clients may request a full refund of all amounts paid within seven (7) calendar days of the official Program start date by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) business days of approval.
No Refunds After Seven Days: All payments are non-refundable after the expiration of the seven-day satisfaction guarantee period. This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including but not limited to personal circumstances, dissatisfaction with results, inability to participate, or any other reason
Payment Plan Obligations: For Clients enrolled on a payment plan, cancellation after the sevenday period does not eliminate the obligation to pay all remaining installments. All remaining installments continue to be due and payable in full according to the agreed schedule.
Cancellation by Company: In the event Teel Consulting LLC cancels or discontinues the Program prior to its completion, Clients will receive a pro-rated refund for the portion of the Program not delivered. This represents the sole and exclusive remedy available to Client in such circumstances.
Cohort Transfers: Teel Consulting LLC may, at its sole discretion and on a case-by-case basis, allow a Client to transfer their enrollment to a future cohort. Such transfers are not guaranteed and do not constitute a refund or waiver of payment obligations.
Ownership of Content: All content, materials, frameworks, curricula, tools, exercises, recordings, written materials, and other intellectual property created or provided by Teel Consulting LLC in connection with the Program are the exclusive property of Teel Consulting LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Limited License: Upon enrollment and subject to full compliance with these Terms and the Client Agreement, Teel Consulting LLC grants Client a limited, personal, non-exclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to access and use Program materials solely for their own personal health and wellness purposes
Prohibited Activities: Without the prior written consent of Teel Consulting LLC, Client may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any Program materials; use Program materials to develop competing coaching programs or content; record or capture coaching calls for purposes other than personal reference; share Program content on any public platform; or claim ownership of any Program materials or frameworks.
Trademarks: “Functional Forever,” “The Five Pillars of Foundational Health,” “Expectation Drift,” and related names, logos, and marks are trademarks of Teel Consulting LLC. You may not use these marks without the prior written consent of Teel Consulting LLC.
Feedback: If Client provides feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Program or Services, Client grants Teel Consulting LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use such feedback for any purpose without compensation or attribution to Client.
Standards of Conduct: By participating in the Functional Forever Program and community, Client agrees to engage respectfully and constructively with Coach and all Cohort Members at all times; refrain from any abusive, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory language or behavior; maintain the confidentiality of personal information shared by other Cohort Members; and comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Prohibited Conduct: The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal from the Program and community without refund: sharing personal information of other Cohort Members without their consent; using the community platform to solicit or advertise products or services; engaging in conduct that disrupts other Cohort Members’ experience; or impersonating any person or misrepresenting your identity
Limitation of Coach’s Control Over Cohort Members: Client acknowledges that Teel Consulting LLC does not have control over the actions, statements, disclosures, or conduct of individual Cohort Members outside of the official coaching calls and community platform. Coach will make reasonable efforts to enforce Community Standards, but cannot guarantee the conduct of all Cohort Members at all times. Client agrees that Teel Consulting LLC shall not be liable for the actions or conduct of any individual Cohort Member.
Removal for Violation: Teel Consulting LLC reserves the right to remove any Client from the Program and community at any time for violation of these Community Standards or any other provision of these Terms or the Client Agreement. Removal for cause does not entitle Client to any refund of amounts paid.
Not Medical Advice: Nothing provided by Teel Consulting LLC constitutes medical advice, medical diagnosis, clinical assessment, or medical treatment of any kind. Coach is not a licensed medical professional
No Doctor-Patient Relationship: Participation in the Functional Forever Program does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, or any other licensed professional relationship between Client and Teel Consulting LLC or Coach.
Consult Your Physician: Before beginning any new health, nutrition, exercise, or wellness program, Client is strongly encouraged to consult with a licensed medical professional. Client is solely responsible for obtaining appropriate medical clearance.
No Guarantee of Results: Teel Consulting LLC makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding specific health outcomes, fitness improvements, weight loss, or any other measurable results. Individual results will vary.

The Functional Forever Program may be delivered in part through third-party platforms and services, including but not limited to video conferencing platforms, online community platforms, payment processors, and email service providers. Client’s use of such third-party platforms is subject to the terms of service and privacy policies of those platforms. Teel Consulting LLC is not responsible for the availability, functionality, security, or privacy practices of any third-party platform or service.
Client’s privacy is important to Teel Consulting LLC. Our collection, use, and protection of Client personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Services, Client consents to the collection and use of their personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
By enrolling in the Program, Client consents to receive communications from Teel Consulting LLC via email and other digital channels in connection with the Program, community, and related services. Client may opt out of non-essential marketing communications at any time. Essential Program communications may not be opted out of during the period of active enrollment
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. TEEL CONSULTING LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TEEL CONSULTING LLC, ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO CLIENT’S USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM, RELIANCE ON ANY PROGRAM CONTENT, OR THE CONDUCT OF OTHER COHORT MEMBERS. IN NO EVENT SHALL TEEL CONSULTING LLC’S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO CLIENT FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING UNDER OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE CLIENT AGREEMENT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY CLIENT TO TEEL CONSULTING LLC IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Teel Consulting LLC and its members, managers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses — including reasonable attorney’s fees — arising out of or related to Client’s use of the Services, violation of these Terms or the Client Agreement, infringement of any third-party rights, or any conduct in connection with the Program or community
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be submitted to good faith mediation between the Parties. If the dispute is not resolved through mediation within thirty (30) days of initiation, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in the State of Utah in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The prevailing Party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees and costs. Client waives any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Teel Consulting LLC.
Teel Consulting LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modified Terms will be posted with an updated effective date. For material changes, Teel Consulting LLC will provide notice to enrolled Clients via email. Continued use of the Services following notice of modified Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
By Client: Client may discontinue participation in the Program at any time, subject to all payment obligations set forth in the Client Agreement. Discontinuation of participation does not entitle Client to a refund except as provided in the seven-day satisfaction guarantee.
By Company: Teel Consulting LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate Client’s access to the Program, materials, and community at any time for violation of these Terms, the Client Agreement, or Community Standards, or for non-payment of amounts due. Termination for cause does not entitle Client to any refund.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination of Client’s access for any reason, Client’s license to use Program materials is immediately revoked. Client must immediately cease all use of Program materials and destroy any copies in their possession.
These Terms, together with the Client Agreement, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or understandings of any kind.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
The failure of Teel Consulting LLC to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of any other provision. No waiver shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Teel Consulting LLC.
