Communications: Any information you provide in emails, messages, coaching calls, or community interactions with Coach or other Cohort Members.
Program Responses: Information you provide through self-assessment exercises, goal-setting frameworks, and other Program activities, including your Define Your Why statement and Longevity Vision Statement

Program Delivery: To deliver the Functional Forever Program, including scheduling and conducting coaching calls, providing access to Program materials, and facilitating your participation in the online community.

Service Providers: We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our business and delivering our Services. Cohort Members: By participating in the Functional Forever Program, you will interact with other enrolled Cohort Members during coaching calls and within the online community. Information you share in these group settings will be visible to other Cohort Members. Please exercise discretion in deciding what personal information you share in group settings.

The Functional Forever Program involves discussion of personal health, wellness, and lifestyle information. We treat any health-related information you share with us with particular care and sensitivity. Health information is used solely for the purpose of delivering the Program and supporting your personal health and wellness journey. We do not sell, share, or disclose your health information to third parties except as described in Section 3 or as required by law. Please be aware that health information shared within the group coaching call or online community setting will be visible to other Cohort Members. You are not required to share specific medical information in group settings.
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, to provide our Services, to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. Specifically, we retain Client information for the duration of your enrollment in the Program and ongoing community, and for a period of seven (7) years thereafter for legal, tax, and accounting purposes, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law.
Teel Consulting LLC takes reasonable and appropriate technical, administrative, and physical security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
The Functional Forever Program is delivered in part through third-party platforms including but not limited to video conferencing services, online community platforms, scheduling tools, and payment processors.
